Something About The Client
Rotary Club of Nagarjun (RCN) was established in the year 2003 by self motivated, enthusiastic and active professionals, social activists, entrepreneurs and administrators with the inspiration of RI motto ‘Service Above Self’. An adhoc committee was formed under the coordination of Rtn. Binod Shankar Palikhe with the support and sponsorship of Rotary Club of Kantipur, Rtn. Chintamani Bhattarai as GSR. After having a thorough discussion and positive manifestation among its members, and executive committee , RCN initiated to be charter in Rotary International under the chairmanship of Rtn.. Binod Shankar Palikhe.
The Club was admitted as member of Rotary International on Twenty eighth of January 2004 in RI District 3290 having Club Number 64357. We celebrate this date a charter date of the club. Although there were thirty six charter members at its inception, but at present it has 23 members ( 20 male and 3 female) among them 1 Major donor plus, 3 Major donor and rest all 19 PHF plus 3.
Bounding by the constitution and Bylaws of Rotary International and following its ideals, norms and values, RC Nagarjun has been marching forwards a much needed example of humanitarian service, solid integrity, international cooperation and the spirit of volunteerism. The club has been conducting different projects and programs in different parts of country since nine years. Whatever successes, achievements and glory RC Nagarjun has obtained so far is due to the self-less services, team spirits of the Rotarians and warm love, affection and assistance provided by the community and all well wishers.
